1. How can I order Luxe Ceramics Products?
You can see our full range of products in the website and in Instagram. (Instagram: luxeceramicsdxb).
Step 1: Select the items you would like to order.
Step 2: Decide the quantity you want.
Step 3: Decide if you want to customize and then give us details of your customization requirement.
Step 4: Send us the information to get a Quote.
2. How can you customize the products?
We can make any design you want. You can also choose any of our existing designs and customize it as you like with any design, initials, name, logo etc.
3. How long does it take to produce my order?
Normally, if your selected items are already in-our stock, we can ship them. However, if the items you have selected are not in our stock kindly allow us sufficient time to produce and deliver them to you.
Shipping:
What is the shipping method?
Luxe Ceramics is working with a reputed shipping Company in Bangladesh which is successfully doing world-wide shipping. They will take care of the shipping from Bangladesh to bring your order at your doorstep.
Our 2 layer packaging process include first an air bubble wrap to protect them from any scratch and breakage followed by surrounding them with Polystyrene Foam Sheet and boxes to protect them from any movement inside the box.

All payments are made by cash at the time of delivery.
